Administrative Assistant needed immediately for a Direct Mail Marketing Firm in Norfolk. This is a deadline driven environment. The right person must have the ability to multi-task. This is not a sit-at-your-desk type of job. There will be a lot of interruptions so focus and prioritizing is essential. The job will consist of processing files, answering phones, scanning, filing and lots of data entry.
- MUST have 2+ years of Admin Assistant experience
- Excellent Longevity
- Strong MS Office (Word, Outlook and especially Excel!)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday with a ½ hour lunch.
Location: Military Hwy area of Norfolk
No running in the door at 7:58 AM. You must be at your desk ready to work at 8:00 or you will lose the job.
