Experienced Property Manager

High Rise property in need of an EXPERIENCED property manager for a 125 unit property on the Chesapeake Bay. Ideal candidate will have minimum of 3+ years experience as a property manager (assistant property managers must have 4+ years to be considered). Will communicate with board and residents, sign and hold packages for residents, Coordinate repairs and create marketing material and events for the residents. Handle payroll and invoicing using QuickBooks and be ready to start immediately!

Hours:   8:00 – 5:00 with little to no overtime

Salary: $19 per hour

Location: Chesapeake Bay beachfront

Junior Accountant

CPA firm in Lynnhaven is looking for an admin with an accounting degree who is looking for entry-level position into accounting. Answer phones, greet clients and provide clients with software updates. Answer emails and client inquiries, working with and under direction of senior staff. Will be working client accounts posting transactions into QuickBooks and learning firm’s procedures for business tax compliance.

Individual must have strong QuickBooks skills, data entry 8,000 kph w/excellent accuracy. Must have a degree in Accounting or degree with accounting concentration and at least one year of accounting experience. (Sorry, debt collections not accepted)

Experienced Bi-lingual LPN

Medical Group with various departments is in immediate need for LPNs who can maintain professionalism during surgeons’ treatment of patients.

Duties employ various levels of medical ability. Will assist RN and surgery with pre-op and post-op paperwork and visits, vitals checks, injections, and patient prep.
