HR Benefits Specialist

Three years experience in maintaining employee health and welfare benefits through on-line administration in an HR department setting. This includes experience in COBRA administration, working with HIPAA, FMLA and working in HR department operations. Additionally must have experience in performing monthly billing reconciliation and processing timely payments to insurance carriers. Liaison between insurance carriers and employees.

Required experience:
*  Health Benefits: 1 year
*  Human Resources: 1 year
*  MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required on advanced level
*  Knowledge of Deltek CostPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
