Multi-faceted admin position for new upscale housing development in Virginia Beach

– Minimum 2 or more years of experience in NEW HOME construction
– Strong MS Word-Excel-Outlook skills
– QuickBooks
– Strong typing and data entry

– Prepare documents, data entry and electronic filing
– Answer phone.
– Answer questions from new home shoppers/buyers and construction personnel
– Research issues as directed

Hours 8:30 – 4:30 with 1/2 hour lunch
