URGENT NEED. Wire and cable for company is looking for 2 inside sales/admin representatives: (1) entry level and (1) experienced inside sales representative.

Both will be working with the Sales/Marketing Director managing data and transactions. Experienced rep will be making outbound sales calls to current and prospective business clients. Entry level will be in training for sales calls. Both will be handling multifaceted admin duties as needed.

Pay is $15.00 to $20.00

Immediate need. Multi-state government contractor is looking for an accountant with extensive general ledger experience, the ability to perform government project accounting and is knowledgeable of FAR and CAS government requirements. This position provides support to the Accounting Department, Director of Finance and regional site offices throughout the country.

Must be proficient in General Ledger account reconciliations and analysis, preparation and management of DCAA and customer specific audits, identification and resolution of discrepancies in financial records, preparation of audit reports and recommendations, process month end journal entries, process month end journal entries, auditing, and compliance with FAR and CAS. Report and provide data and analysis to management and business development personnel, Work with auditors to compile papers for Fiscal Year End Health and Welfare 401K Audit and WC audits.

Must have:
Bachelors in Accounting or related field
3+ years experience in finance and accounting
Proficient in MS Office: Word-Excel-Outlook especially Excel
Proven record of working independently and as a team-member
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Required to pass a background check, credit check and criminal check

Ship Repair Project Manager

The right candidate must have minimum of 6 years experience in shipboard repair including management of technical personnel as well as 3 to 5 Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers; must be competent in ability to maintain overall responsibility of project budgets and schedules to ensure project completion On-time and On Schedule. Must experience/knowledge of Cost Type or Fixed Type contracts and must be able to pass a Rapid Gate background check and qualify for a Security Clearance.

Ensure all project information being provided by customers is forwarded to all departments within the company and ensure that all project data and information is regularly entered into the appropriate management data systems for internal reviews.

Implement project management processes and tools by contributing to the process and providing guidelines to support the project. Assist the Planning Department in developing project proposals, job estimates and schedules.

Delegate responsibilities between the Assistant Project Managers assigned directly to the Project Manager by contributing input to Senior Leadership as recommendation to the makeup of the Project Team.

Must be able to assemble, plan, lead, and facilitate regular cross-functional Project Team meetings with company personnel, sub contractors, and representative from clients and the U.S. Navy.

Develop detailed task list, work effort assessment, including short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input to Senior Managers and Team Members. Identify, assess and analyze with the team any risk or issues that may compromise the completion of project. Develop plans and actions to resolve risk/issues.

Salary is computed bases on experience, qualifications/skills, and education.
