Government Contractor is looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience, 2 of which must be in an office environment, to purchase inventory for stock and special projects. Ability to analyze inventory reports to assess needs. Contact vendors to obtain product information, pricing, discounts, and availability of products. Also monitor order status and resolve billing and invoicing issues. Multiple administrative duties and responsibilities.
This is a multifaceted position requiring accuracy and attention to detail with excellent communication skills both written and spoken. Need ability compose complex yet concise correspondence appropriate for diverse experience and comprehension levels. Proficient in creating spreadsheets and formulas.
Must have highly functional computer skills to learn complex inventory software which creates forms (requisition worksheets, purchase orders, etc), customized reports, modify purchase lines, and many more features.
Must be proficient in MS Word-Excel-Outlook. Minimum of 45 wpm typing and data entry 8,000 kph required.
Will need to pass background/criminal and credit checks.
Monday to Friday, Hours: 7:30- – 4:00 PM
Pay: $13.00 minimum hourly temp salary up to $20.00 hourly upon hire
