Admin Assistant with Tax Experience

CPA firm seeking multifaceted admin to support in areas: of electronic filing, contacting clients, maintaining checklists, tax process management, billing and remote/Online QuickBooks. Solid skills in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Must be well-spoken and willing to assist in all aspects of office operation to include filling in at reception desk. Strongly prefer a college graduate with 5+ years in administrative assistant and accounting positions. Tax office experience a plus.

Mon-Fri, 40 hour week, one hour lunch.
