Administrative Assistant needed immediately for a Direct Mail Marketing Firm in Norfolk. This is a deadline driven environment. The right person must have the ability to multi-task. This is not a sit-at-your-desk type of job. There will be a lot of interruptions so focus and prioritizing is essential. The job will consist of processing files, answering phones, scanning, filing and lots of data entry. Must have Strong MS Office skills – most importantly EXCEL and 2+ years of Admin Office experience.
Hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday with a ½ hour lunch.
No running in the door at 7:58 AM. You must be at your desk ready to work at 8:00 or you will lose the job.
