Assistant to owner/president handling full spectrum of administrative tasks to include composing letters, preparing presentations, company newsletter, and reports. Maintain calendar of events and appointments. Interact with sales, HR and accounting manager as well as receive visitors and vendors in owners absence. Must have strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.) Desire personable and outgoing personality as may be required to interact with clients and prospective clients at the office and promotional events.
