Admin with QuickBooks

Admin/Receptionist with QuickBooks knowledge needed ASAP! Duties to include but not limited to answering and directing calls, data entry into QuickBooks, dispatching, filing, handling correspondence, and assisting the Office Manager and Owner with additional administrative tasks. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel and Outlook. 3+ years administrative experience required.
