Benefits Administrator to handle all benefit plans, answer employee questions and research issues. Duties to include, but not limited to, process FMLA requests, process all vacation and medical leave requests, ACA compliance and reporting, affirmative action and EEO reporting, report deductions to payroll, new hire orientations, obtain and maintain all supporting documentation for Life Event changes, manage tuition reimbursement program, etc. 3+ years benefits administration experience and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required. Prefer ACA reporting experience, CEBS certification, and knowledge of ADP payroll system. Bachelor’s in Human Resources a big plus.
