Purchasing Assistant responsible for purchasing activities on assigned projects, analyzing inventory reports and making recommendations regarding stocking levels, etc., and providing administrative support as required. Duties to include, but not limited to, monitor purchases for compliance, create purchase orders, review invoices, basic administrative functions, work with accounting department to resolve billing issues, vendor management, proofread documents, inventory management, and other duties as assigned. 2+ years purchasing experience required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
