Admin Assistant with sales background needed for local government contractor. This is NOT a retail sales position, it is an administrative position, but a sales background is a big help. Must have 3+ years strong administrative experience. Duties to include, but not limited to, taking customer payments, responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, formulate and provide written quotations, data entry, filing, extensive work in Excel, answer and direct calls, assist with AP and AR etc. Strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook and data entry of 9,000+ kph required. Must be able to pass background and credit checks.
