Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant with duties to include, but not limited to, answering multi-ling hone, greet and screen visitors, respond to inquiries via phone and email, proofreading, manage office supplies, calendaring for executives, set up meeting rooms, prepare correspondence, assistance with AP/AR, run credit cards etc.  3+ years strong administrative experience, excellent time management and proven proofreading skills required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
