Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Rep needed ASAP. Must be extremely detail oriented and able to work in a very fast paced environment. Duties to include, but not limited to, working with vendors to determine cost of items, marking up items according to individual customer specifications, analyzing cost and profit, answering phones, managing orders and production schedule, ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner, sending out invoices, filing, scanning, and other duties as required.
Must have 3+ years strong administrative experience with low turnover and be proficient in Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Professional appearance and phone demeanor required.
