Admin Assistant for CPA

Tax season is almost here, and we have two CPAs who are looking to add Admin Assistants to assist with a multitude of tasks including, but not limited to, answering and directing calls, scanning documents, greeting clients, having clients sign tax forms in appropriate places, entering data into QuickBooks, and other tasks as assigned. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required, QuickBooks knowledge strongly preferred. 2+ years administrative experience required.
