Bi-lingual Admin Assistant needed ASAP! Very busy office, duties to include, but not limited to, answering and directing calls, assisting clients, answering questions, responding to emails, composing correspondence, assisting management team, and some minor HR duties. Position may eventually lead to more HR functions – any HR experience is a plus. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, have excellent skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, and 3+ years administrative experience.
