Bi-Lingual Admin Assistant/Receptionist to handle very busy front desk. Duties to include but not limited to answering and directing calls, handling out of state travel arrangements for large groups of people, ordering office supplies and assisting both administrative and accounting managers with admin duties. Must be fluent in Spanish and have 2+ years administrative experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required, QuickBooks a plus.
