PT Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support for entire staff. Hours will be 4 hours a day, Monday through Friday, but ideal candidate will be flexible to work extra hours when necessary. Wide variety of duties to include answering and directing calls, making large-scale copies, extensive work in Word, Excel and Outlook, PDF assembly, file management, submittal processing, preparation for weekly lunch meetings and other duties as assigned. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe, experience in AIA Contract Documents, SharePoint and NewForma a plus. 4+ years administrative experience required, experience in the A/E industry a plus.
