Image Services Staffing seeking an Admin Assistant with AP experience for construction contracting company.  Wide variety of duties to include project support, handling all office administrative duties, answering phones, greeting visitors, AP, inventory control, filing etc.  3+ years administrative experience and 1+ years AP experience and strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook required.  Sirius experience a plus.  Excellent temp-to-hire opportunity.
