Recruiter needed asap for recruiting entry level shipyard positions for government contractor. Responsible for verifying employee IDs, processing and submitting base access request documents, assist with new hire process, create and maintain job postings and serve as company representative at job and career fairs. BA/BS in Human Resources or related field plus 2 years hands on or AA/AS plus 4 years hands on experience or 8 years experience. Must have experience in and understanding of EEO laws, ADA and other government compliance regulations. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
