Admin with QuickBooks

Admin Assistant/Receptionist with QuickBooks needed for very busy CPA office. 2+ years administrative experience required, experience in CPA or tax office a big plus. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel and Outlook. Duties to include but not limited to answering phones and greeting visitors, data entry into QuickBooks, tax assembly etc.
