Chesapeake shipyard in need of experienced admin for the contracts department. Multifaceted administrative duties. Extensive interaction with military ship personnel, vendors, company and other employees. Will update and distribute contracts and policies to other departments and perform additional admin duties as needed. Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with individuals in positions of authority. Must be a US Citizen.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Have 2+ years office Admin experience in a shipyard or ship repair environment. (please no firewatch or skilled trade)
Must also pass a background check and drug testing for consideration.
Location: South Norfolk area
Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM.
